So, it’s December 2018, almost another new year and I am sat here writing blog posts that should have been done a long time ago! In fact I have written a single one all of this year.
I definitely want to keep this record of the kids, and I write notes by hand and take photos but there is something stopping me from doing it so regularly. Most notably time! So i need to catch up. And instead of worrying about how consistent my posts are (in appearance, title, and formatting), I’m going to LET GO a little and just write. i don’t need to note every time we go to football training, but I do want to remember what the kids spent their days doing.
I am very grateful for this life that we have created for the kids. The time they have together, the relative freedom that they have compared to other kids. But my favourite thing is that they know themselves and are less likely to have some crisis at 18 when thinking of what life is all about.
